Return And Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time.

  • RETURN AND REFUND:

When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the item is damaged, and the customer canreplace it within 7days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product backto our factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall not be held responsible for all the shipping fees. After 7 days of delivery of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customers.

In this case, we will reship a new item and the customer shall return the product to us.

  • The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
  • All customers must contact layasa.comfor approval before sending or returning any item to us.
  • layasa.comwill not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to us.

In a determination to accomplish customer satisfaction, if there is an issue, you can contact us for a refund or any other issues through our email sales@layasa.com.

We will refund you back in the following circumstances:

1.    If we conclude that the original payment was made out of fraud;

2.    If there is duplicate payment was made due to technical glitch, or any other error;

3.    If we make a refund as per the provision of our refund policy which is updated by us from time to time;

4.    If we consider the refund is necessary as per customer support staff as per our sole discretion.
